What is your photography style?
We are visual storytellers for those wildly in love. Our documentary style is candid and inspiring with a touch of cinematic flair. Our images are creative, beautiful and inclusive.
What is an inclusive photographer?
We celebrate difference in our storytelling – we do this by being sympathetic to difference without putting people into a box or patronising them. We are self-aware, conscientious, and capture authentic memories with respect, warmth, and artistry.
What sets you apart from other photographers?
We pride ourselves on our customer service and providing an amazing experience. Our couples always tell us that we make the experience relaxed and fun for both our couples and their guests. They tell us that we become part of the wedding and that it feels like we’re family.
Do you offer an engagement or pre-wedding couples shoot?
Yes – our couples shoot is perfect if you’re a little shy, not keen on having your photo taken or just want some amazing photos during the run-up to your wedding day. A couples shoot is great fun and a brilliant way for you to get used to being in front of the camera.
What areas do you cover?
We shoot weddings all over the South of England, including Hampshire, Dorset, West-Sussex, Wiltshire, Somerset, Berkshire and the New Forest.
We are having a destination wedding – do you travel?
Yes! We love to travel so send us more information on your travel plans, and we will create a bespoke wedding package to suit your needs.
Do you offer bespoke packages?
We provide our most popular services in our wedding packages. In case you are looking for something different we are more than happy to create a bespoke package for you.
Do you visit the venue?
We don’t visit the venue in advance, but we do visit the venue on the morning of your wedding. We have worked as wedding photographers in various locations including in barns, hotels, gardens, beaches forests, churches, and houses. We are ready for all types of venue and ceremony! Before the wedding, we will do our research on your venue, especially if we haven’t shot there before.
How much is the deposit?
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your wedding date. The balance is payable in 3 instalments of 25% at 12 months, 9 months and 6 months before your wedding date.
Do you charge for travel?
Most of our travels are included, only if we must take a plane or travel and stay overnight, will there be additional charges.
How do we pay?
Our preferred payment is bank transfer, and we can also accept debit and credit card payments. We have flexible payment options to help you spread the cost of the package of your choice.
What camera gear do you use?
The majority of photos are produced with Nikon D7200 and lenses such as 18-35 f/1.8, 50 f/1.8 and 70-200 f/2.8.
Do you bring back-up equipment?
We bring back up cameras and lenses to every wedding, so should anything happen to the main gear, your coverage won’t be affected.
Do we need to feed you?
Yes please – it’s a long day so we would really appreciate some food – please can we request vegetarian meals.
What if you are sick?
We have never missed a wedding, but in the very unlikely event that we would not be able to attend your wedding we have a group of trusted photographers who can cover us if required.
When will we receive our edited images?
We offer a next-day sneak peak. We will deliver your full digital album within 3 weeks. Your personalised USB is posted out to you within 6 weeks.
How many photos will we receive?
We go through all the wedding photos from your wedding, selecting, and editing the ones that we think are the most beautiful. We know how important these moments are for you, so we want to make sure that you receive as many images as possible while sticking to our rule of quality over quantity.
Can we print photos?
We encourage you to print your photos! All edited photos are provided ‘ready to print’. You can order prints directly from your online album shop or download the images and order them from your favourite supplier.
Do you offer print products?
Yes! Whether its prints, acrylic, canvas, or gifts and stationary, you can find plenty of creative and fun ways to print and display your images through your online album shop.
